Used traditionally for digestive and respiratory systems. Garlic is the ideal herb to use when the threat of respiratory infection is around to support the body's natural defence system. A matter of preference, some use granules rather than powder as the keeping qualities are a little better, although you should always replace the lid after use. Measure not included in refill bag.
