Returns Policy.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, the below products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty due to contamination reasons:

• Horse Feed, Dog Food
• Haylage, Hay
• Horse Supplements or Dog Supplements
• Special Order Items   

Store Management discretion is available where a faulty item has been presented. 

Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Under the Sale of Goods Act, the goods we sell must:

• Conform to the description we have given
• Be of satisfactory quality
• Be fit for purpose
• Be safe
